“For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. “ Romans 8:13-14 (NIV)
Our song and journey crescendos at this last truth, the most important truth about your identity. YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD. When you repent and turn your back on sinful ways of the flesh and choose to live by the Spirit, you become His precious child.
What does it mean to you to be God’s Child? How has your adoption into God’s family changed your life? How would you describe life before and after your adoption? Selah.
We have been set free from fear - we are no longer slaves. What fear has your Abba Father released you from? Are there any linger fears you can lay in the hands of your Father today? Selah..
