Day 28 "For You The Savior Died"
Love’s Sacrifice

Good Afternoon Beauties!
Today is too important to give in to the enemy’s schemes. I may have the flu, and I may have had issues with my internet connection this morning, but we must look at Love’s perfect sacrifice. Yesterday we looked at why God sent His Son to save us. Today we will look at the extent of what Jesus was willing to do to rescue us.
“But it was because of our rebellious deeds that he was pierced and because of our sins that he was crushed. He endured the punishment that made us completely whole, and in his wounding we found our healing.” Isaiah 53:5 The Passion Translation
We’ve heard about Christ’s sufferings, His wounding, but can we really know all He endured for us? I’m not so sure. The bible tells us He was so badly beaten, He was unrecognizable. Take a moment to think about that. Selah.
Each time I’ve taken this 40 Day Journey, I’ve always come back to this music video. It provides the truth of Jesus’ sacrifice in song and action. It will be very difficult to watch, but I pray you will watch it. There is a deeper level of love you will receive as He reveals all He did to ensure you would be together for eternity.
